Sam was great to work with. He took the time to learn about our project wants and needs, while offering his expert opinion and then agreed on fair expectations. He’s very talented in his craft and did some excellent work on our window and siding renovations. From re-setting framing of windows, to adding reinforced backer-board and Hardie siding, to finalizing trim touches and then painting, it truly brought our South Tampa renovation to life. Highly recommend.
Sam has an absolutely Amazing skill set- took jobs done wrong and transformed them to showroom quality Done Right! Cleaned up after jobs and got more done in one day than crews of multiple people! Highly recommend!!!

Sam and Lena got the job done! We hired Sam to replace our vinyl siding with Hardie board. They are a fantastic team and the perfect compliment to one another on the job; both skilled and detailed. The siding looks amazing and we feel so much more confident going into the next hurricane season. I would absolutely recommend Sam to do siding for anyone looking for a quality job at a very fair price!

We contacted Sam after Milton last year. We had quotes from about 5 different companies. We appreciated that Dam was local, but also the excellent communication and honesty. He put up with some back and forth from insurance and gave us realistic timing and expectations. They cleaned up after themselves well, and got the whole house finished in just a few days (we had new Tyvec, siding and 2 doors replaced). He even came back 2 days after finishing the job to replace a light that wasn't working after he put it back up.

He fixed 3 sides of siding on my house from the storms.
Super professional and I highly recommend his services. Others quoted triple and didn't want the job. While I had to wait a little to get fit into his busy schedule it was so worth the wait. I will definitely use his services any time I need siding, doors, and windows. Also looking into a screen porch added to my car port.

I would give Dr Done Right 10 stars if I could! Sam is very thorough, honest & skilled in his work. His customer service far surpasses any contractor I have dealt with in my 9 yrs selling real estate & 10 yrs living in Florida. He goes above & beyond until the customer is happy. He guarantees his work so much so that even a year or two later if you have an issue he will come out & take a look to see what's happening & how he can help fix it.
